We at Northland Village Church have been learning that community life with one another needs to happen more than meeting at a centralized gathering once a week. Thus we are continually in the process of developing decentralized groups that meet all around Los Angeles at different times and at different places throughout the week.

We at Northland Village Church are excited about leadership. With this in mind, all small groups at Northland Village are started by a leader with a vision. Whether it be a small group focused upon learning Spanish, racial reconciliation, or an in depth study of the book of Mark, all of our small groups were begun by the right leader with the right vision. If you have a vision for beginning a group, we want to encourage you in this process, no matter how simple or complex your vision may be.
